Rep. Luis Moscoso joined Bothell City officials today at 4:30 a.m. for the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the new State Route 522. Known as “Crossroads,” this $60 million project is the largest investment in the city’s history. The project will increase safety and improve capacity for the 46,000 vehicles that pass through that intersection daily.
