Governor Inslee signed HB 2700 sponsored by Rep. Monica Stonier of Vancouver on Friday, creating breast cancer awareness license plates for Washington drivers. Washington ranks in the top 25 percent for cancer rates in the U.S. and is sixth highest for female breast cancer rates.
