Rep. Springer hits the high mark in legislative voting record

Suhyoon ChoAs the 2014 Legislative Session voting records were tallied at the end of last month, State Rep. Larry Springer once again proves his dedication as an elected leader.

In Rep. Springer’s ten years representing Washington’s 45th Legislative District, he has only missed two votes on the House floor out of literally thousands of opportunities. What was he doing for those two votes? Recording a video to send to his constituents as an update of the progress being made in Olympia.

In a statement earlier this year, Rep. Springer said, “My constituents elected me to go to Olympia and make decisions on their behalf.  Decisions are made by voting, it’s my duty to represent my constituents in every decision brought to the House for a vote.”

Rep. Springer now holds the best voting record out of any of his other senior house members with more than five years of legislative experience!
