One man held at the federal government’s immigrant detention center in Tacoma was allegedly groped by a guard. Another was allegedly slammed to the floor by officers, then made to strip in front of a female staffer, who recorded a video. Health care premiums are pushing more middle-income buyers out of the marketplace
Washington’s enrollment seems to have dropped by about 31,000 people from the year before. Idaho’s enrollment continued to grow, but the state saw a higher disenrollment rate and more people selecting lower premium, higher out-of-pocket plans, according to a report by Boise State Public Radio.
