Olympia, WA – Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) has worked in collaboration with Rep. Frank Chopp (D-Seattle) on a new affordable housing project adding 160 new units, early learning and childcare, and other service providers benefitting the residential community. Across Washington, almost every community has seen a deeper need for housing affordability. “Building A” is the first phase of this noteworthy project, with “Building B” projected to add 110 additional units in 2024.
The ceremonial groundbreaking of “Building A” of the North Lot project will take place on Friday, January 20, at 10:00am at 1224 12th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144.
