Dear friends & neighbors,
My colleagues and I kept our promise and are one step closer to delivering stability and predictability for seniors and working families across the State. A record number of Washingtonians are spending half of their income on rent. Wages and social security are not rising fast enough to keep up with the skyrocketing costs of housing. This legislation brings fairness to the rental market and will keep people in their homes!
