  3. SHB 2405 – Concerning commercial property assessed clean energy and resilience.
  4. HB 2457 – Establishing the health care cost transparency board. (If measure is referred to committee.)
  5. HB 2513 – Prohibiting the practice of transcript withholding and limiting the practice of registration holds at institutions of higher education as debt collection practices. (If measure is referred to committee.)
  6. SHB 2525 – Establishing the family connections program.
  7. SHB 2572 – Concerning implementation of the recommendations of the December 2019 report from the William D. Ruckelshaus center regarding residential habilitation center clients.
  8. HB 2622 – Concerning procedures for ensuring compliance with court orders requiring surrender of firearms, weapons, and concealed pistol licenses. (If measure is referred to committee.)
  9. SHB 2638 – Authorizing sports wagering subject to the terms of tribal-state gaming compacts.

  2. SHB 2310 – Reducing emissions from vehicles associated with on-demand transportation services.
  3. SHB 2311 – Amending state greenhouse gas emission limits for consistency with the most recent assessment of climate change science.
  4. SHB 2467 – Establishing a centralized single point of contact background check system for firearms transfers.
  5. HB 2679 – Concerning funding for individuals who are not eligible for federal insurance subsidies and for foundational public health services.
  6. HB 2834 – Implementing an identicard program to provide individuals a Washington state issued identicard.
  7. HB 2905 – Increasing outreach and engagement with access to baby and child dentistry programs.

  5. HB 2497 - Adding development of permanently affordable housing to the allowable uses of community revitalization financing, the local infrastructure financing tool, and local revitalization financing.

  7. HB 2746 - Concerning affordable housing incentives.
  8. HB 2620 - Expanding the property tax exemption for new and rehabilitated multiple-unit dwellings in urban growth areas.
