Gov. Inslee giving an update on COVID-19 in Washington state

Washington state Department of Health says 400,000 vaccine doses could come this month
The first group who will get the vaccine are high-risk health care workers, as McClatchy previously reported, along with residents and staff at long-term care facilities.
