An oil train fire in Custer was out as of 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, Dec. 23, after seven tank cars derailed Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 22, and nearby residents were evacuated. One former detainee says she was already in a hospital gown this past July waiting to be wheeled into surgery, when she began to suspect something was very wrong.
