WATCH: Rep. Drew Hansen on protecting net neutrality in Washington state

When the Federal Communications Commission repealed net neutrality last month, Rep. Drew Hansen (D-Bainbridge Island) was ready with a bill to protect a free and open Internet in Washington state.
