Here is a small victory for the neighborhoods overwhelmed with development – the Seattle City Department of Planning and Development recommends implementing some notification requirements for development.
This would give our neighbors a chance to voice their concerns before any building begins in single-family zones.
Throughout this session, Rep. Pollet and I have been fighting for House Bill 2311, which will give our communities due process and notice of adjacent land-use decisions.
