As the Economic and Revenue Forecast Council was meeting to adopt a revised revenue forecast for the current and upcoming two-year budget period, hundreds of people gathered on the steps of the state capitol to show their support for state programs and services.
Today’s updated revenue forecast widens the state’s budget shortfall another $700 million.
