Why: HB 2455 (prime sponsored by Rep. Mike Pellicciotti) would require 501 (c)(4) organizations that participate in political action to disclose who is funding their activities. HB 2406 (prime sponsored by Rep. Zack Hudgins) would require county auditors to audit election, prior to certification, using one of four prescribed methods.
