Real-time updates: Washington restaurants reopening in Phase 2 must follow these rules
Restaurants and taverns in Washington can partially resume dine-in capabilities in Phase 2 of Gov. Jay Inslee’s “Safe Start Washington” plan to reopen the economy. Phase 2 allows more businesses and activities to re-open with adequate safety and health standards in place.
