20 long-term care facilities in Washington could close over the next 18 months

Durkan extends Seattle eviction moratorium 3 more months
The moratorium, which prevents the eviction of residential, nonprofit and some small business tenants, was set to expire on March 31. The three-month extension comes as the city prepares to spend $23 million in federal rental assistance, Durkan’s office said in a news release. Additional funding will become available following the passage of the American Rescue Plan, signed by President Joe Biden last week. Continue reading at Puget Sound Business Journal.
