Could Trump mobilize Washington state’s National Guard if immigration raid protests break out?
President Donald Trump’s move to mobilize the National Guard in California against the wishes of the state’s governor is playing out in yet another court battle over constitutional powers. In Washington state, Democrats have watched the events unfold with anxiety. Washington slips in national ranking of LGBTQ+ equality
The 6.9% of Washingtonians who identify as LGBTQ+ collectively earn $23.9 billion in annual personal income, according to a new study released June 2 by the business advisory group Out Leadership. Washington’s new Recycling Reform Act is now law, thanks in part to powerful student advocacy from San Juan County.
