Rep. Chapman on his salmon recovery bill to be heard in committee on January 18

Legislation by Rep. Mike Chapman, chair of the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee, will allow small farmers and property owners to receive compensation from the state for voluntarily establishing riparian buffer zones to help salmon thrive.
