OLYMPIA – Rep. Marcus Riccelli (D-Spokane) released the following statement:

“I’m saddened to hear of the passing of a dedicated community servant, Rich Hadley. Rich continuously brought business leaders, policy makers, and community members together for transformative change in Spokane. I was honored to work closely with him to bring the WSU Medical School to fruition and move the North Spokane Corridor forward. His leadership and tireless advocacy left a tremendous mark on our community that will be recognized for generations. He will be missed.”
