Friends:

As my legislative career comes to an end, I want to thank you for the opportunity to serve the Spokane region. We have seen dramatic change in our state, and through the ups and the downs, I have prioritized our communities in our state budgets.  My goal has always been to put the people of Washington first, investing in food, shelter, and health for those with the greatest need. The work of legislating is never done, but it is time for me to pass the torch to the next generation of leaders. I am confident that Spokane will continue to be served by those who care about making our home the best place to live and raise a family.
