Email and telephone calls can’t replace talking to somebody in person, so Rep. Steve Bergquist (D-Renton) is again hosting face-to-face meetings with citizens in the 11th District.
“Whenever I meet somebody, I learn something,” said Bergquist, a public school teacher. “When I did this in June, it was a great experience, and I’m thrilled to have the chance to do it again and listen to more citizens.”
Bergquist is hosting another set of 15-minute meetings with constituents at his small business, Aces Tennis at 401 Olympia Avenue NE, Suite 101, in Renton.
The meetings are set from 10 a.m. to noon on Aug. 24.
