Arts, Heritage & Science COVID Recovery Grants Now Available!

I’m proud to represent the heart of Washington state’s arts and culture community here in the 36th District. That’s why I advocated for $2 million in the 2023 Operating Budget for ongoing COVID recovery grants.

Applications for COVID Impacts Recovery Grant are open through November 1, 2023. Learn more and apply here.

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

This month we celebrate the histories, contributions and cultures of people whose ancestors came from Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Here in Washington, the Latino Democratic Caucus was recently launched to ensure that the experiences, needs and solutions of Latino people throughout Washington state are represented, prioritized and realized in the legislative process. As always, reach out anytime to my Legislative Assistant Sam Tinsley orΒ email me. It’s an honor to serve you in Olympia.
