New survey: House and Senate Budgets Comparison

The budget proposals are out and we’ll soon start negotiations. But we are facing some serious differences, so reaching an agreement will take a lot of pulling and pushing. I would like to know how you feel about those differences and, as always, I welcome any comments or ideas you may have on how to best approach this challenge.

Great Town Hall!

We had a great turnout at our town hall on March 18, if you were there, thank you for joining us, and if you were unable to make it this time, I’m sure there’ll be other opportunities.

We had a chance to discuss a wide range of issues, from the state budgets and our plan to fully fund schools, to ideas on delivering services to meet our communities’ needs.
