The 2024 legislative session is here!

Dear neighbors,

As of January 8th, the 2024 legislative session is underway! As a part time citizen-legislature, we have until March 7th to forge ahead with solutions to new and existing issues facing our communities and pass this year’s supplemental budgets. In this e-newsletter, I’d like to share the feedback I received from you regarding your legislative priorities for 2024 and how to stay engaged during this legislative session. I hope you find it useful!

What Matters to You

Over the last few months, I’ve sought feedback regarding the issues that matter most to you. Your feedback was resoundingly clear and helpful in determining how to best represent you this legislative session. The top three issues you shared were community safety, behavioral health, and affordable and accessible housing. As session gets underway, I look forward to championing these issues, and sharing more information about notable legislation I am supporting to make progress for our community!

We want to hear from you!
