Ask TINA 2: Fair Start for Kids & Foreclosure Fairness Program funding

February 3, 2021

Rep. Tina Orwall, D-Des Moines, responds to constituent emails on HB 1213, to expand access to quality childcare, and on HB 1108, to secure funding for the continued operations of the Foreclosure Fairness Program passed in 2011. This year’s bill also includes small landlords, not only homeowners.
