In this first edition of my new Tina Talk series, I am joined by Pamela Bailey, a Kent resident and housing advocate, and Denise Rodriguez, Executive Director of the Washington Homeownership Resource Center. Together, we encourage homeowners who may be worried about losing their homes to contact the Homeownership Hotline at 877-894-4663 to learn how they can benefit from the Foreclosure Fairness Program. It was right during the great recession, in 2011, when I introduced this legislation and the governor enacted it into law. So far, the program has helped over 70,000 homeowners.
