Welcome! It’s an honor to represent my neighbors in Mercer Island, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Newcastle and Beaux Arts Village in the Washington state Legislature. As a working mom, I will always be a champion for families.

I’ve successfully advocated for bills to ensure pay equity, prevent gun violence, make child care more affordable and accessible, and boost access to mental health services and social-emotional learning for kids. As chair of the Human Services, Youth & Early Learning Committee, I guide policies that support families, provide a fair start for every child and create hope and opportunity for youth.

I recently sent out a newsletter highlighting our work during the 2023 Legislative Session. You can visit this link or click on the preview below to read more.

Legislative progress is only possible when we work together, and that includes hearing from you! Please know that I, or my legislative aide, will respond to your emails and phone calls as quickly as possible. For more information about how to reach out, visit this link.
