Dear Friends and Neighbors,
As we wrap up the year and embrace the festive season, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who participated in my recent survey about your legislative priorities for 2024. The top issues that emerged from your responses were affordable housing, public safety, environmental policy, and gun violence reduction!
With the upcoming legislative session commencing on January 8, I’m eager to continue working on your behalf—and will keep your feedback in mind. The 60-day session will undoubtedly fly by, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and stay engaged. (See below for the many ways how!)

- Watch: Tune in to TVW.org for live broadcasts of debates, votes, committee meetings, and other noteworthy events.
- Research: Stay informed by looking up legislation by lawmaker or topic to understand the issues that matter most to you.
- Learn: Explore the legislative process from start to finish to enhance your understanding of how decisions are made.
- Testify: Your voice matters. Whether virtually or in writing, you can continue to testify on legislation during the committee process. Share your insights and personal stories to make a lasting impact.
