Clean Energy Fund
Funds development and deployment of clean energy technology. All organizations (cities, counties, non-profits, etc.) encouraged to apply.

Early Learning Facilities Grants and Loans
Funding for ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) and WCCC (Working Connections Child Care) to expand, remodel or construct early learning facilities

Housing Trust Fund
Funds construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of low-income housing units and other affordable housing capital costs.

ArtsWA Grants
Funding for organizations seeking support for arts projects and programming, or the promotion of arts learning as part of basic education for K-12 students.

Building for the Arts
Grants to performing arts, art museum, and cultural organizations for as much as 33 percent state match of eligible project costs for acquisition, construction, and/or major renovation of capital facilities.

City of Seattle Grants & Funding

Building Communities Fund
Grants to nonprofit, community-based organizations to defray up to 25 percent or more of eligible capital costs to acquire, construct, or rehabilitate nonresidential community and social service centers. There is no minimum or maximum grant award amount.

WA State Legislature — 2025 Capital Budget Local Community (LCP) Projects
The LCP process provides funding for capital needs, including construction, design, renovation and land acquisition. The LCP form provides information for House and Senate members to request a separate appropriation in the Capital Budget for your project.

Deadline is usually three weeks into Legislative session, with the form released in the December before session. Please email my office at liz.berry@leg.wa.gov if you plan to apply for the 2025 LCP Process.

One-on-one, confidential, no-cost advising on all phases of small business development for small business owners and entrepreneurs.

US Small Business Administration
Federal loans, investment capital, disaster assistance, surety bonds and grants. Updated frequently.

Small Business Flex Fund
Access up to $150,000 in low-interest loans for payroll, rent, advertising, repairs, and more.
