Rep. Duerr seated at her floor deskRep. Davina Duerr (D-Bothell) was elected by the House Democratic Caucus to serve as Assistant Whip on Wednesday, January 22nd.

“It’s an honor to be a part of the leadership team” Rep. Duerr said, “having the trust of my peers means so much to me, especially in my first year of service”. This position helps ensure that time spent on the House floor is efficient and focused on the issues Washingtonians care about.

Rep. Duerr also serves as Vice Chair of the Local Government committee; and sits on the Transportation, Local Government, and Consumer Protection & Business committees.
